RUBIOLAW was established in 2001 initially as an operational office for HUMBERTO RUBIO & CIA, a company specialized in counseling and planning in the development of projects related to a better protection, exploitation and granting of trademarks, patents and copyrights throughout South America. The firm has more than 40 years of experience in IP matters and provided us with the needed infrastructure and induction to provide the same outstanding service and create an important base of loyal customers. We began by offering our services to a small specific group of clients and have been growing steadily.

After 6 years of experience we are proud to have exceeded all of our expectations and are now ready to expand this to you by unifying our efforts and bringing you a one of a kind service. Our specialties include matters related to the recording of rights, protection and defense, as well as the granting of trademarks, patents and copyrights

We have also established a Small Business Unit; directed specifically to the growth of Small Business in the State of Florida. Our mission is to provide small business owners with tools and services that will help them grow and establish themselves. It does not matter whether it is a small business that is just starting and needs to incorporate or if it’s an established small business that needs to enforce their brand.
